Eesha Residency

We stay here for 3 nights. The property is very central located, making it great base for exploring Udupi, the temples, beaches, and nearby eat places.Rooms are big, and the premises have many teakwood trees, giving peaceful and pleasant feeling. There is much space for kids to play, so is very good for family stay.Reception staff is friendly and always ready to help, giving nice tips for local sightseeing. Especially Mr. Bhatt was very approachable and helpful for all our needs. The property also have good parking space.We take the room for ₹4,500 per night, which we feel is reasonable. Many guests were just walking in and booking direct, even some international Krishna devotees staying there.No food is serving in property, but you can order online or walk just 500 meter to nearest restaurant, so it is not big problem.

- Location : It was right on the highway after Udupi main entrance. Plenty of greenery and ample space for parking.- Rooms : The rooms were adequate in terms of space, they were neat and clean, and all the utilities worked as expected.- Services : Basic toiletries were provided. Electric kettle was available.- Staff : Manager Vishnu Bhat ensured that we had a pleasant stay, right from check-in till check-out. Even without asking, all the information related to tourist places to visit in and around Udupi with timings, popular eateries and also some recommended cab/auto driver information were provided by Mr Vishnu. Very helpful and resourceful person.- Vibe : Quiet atmosphere. Budget accomodation ideal for families.

I am nitpicking here. There are no shops nearby for small errands. No room service even for coffee/tea, though food can be ordered via Swiggy/Zomato.

The shower had hot water. The room actually had a balcony. The A/C worked well. The older lady with glasses who worked the check-in desk during the day is so pretty to look at, and friendly, and speaks good English.

The wifi didn't work for the first few hours, but then it started working eventually.

I had a two-day stay at Eesha Residency, and it was a wonderful experience. The environment was peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making the place feel calm and refreshing despite being located on the highway.A special thanks to Vishnu ji, who was incredibly kind and helpful in guiding us about nearby places. He was down-to-earth and made our stay even more comfortable. The rest of the staff were also courteous and supportive throughout.The stay was affordable, the hospitality was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.

Great Ambiance, its is like a resort with gardens and greenery, Manager Vishnu Ji Helped us a lot with all locations and suggested places to eat out and bringing the mattress by himself as there were other staff on leave , Thanks to the whole team Pannaga and Sandesh, Will surely come again.

Restaurant at a place would be helpful. But has tea , coffee packets.

Staff .... no words to say.... that much helpful. Especially the night manger. If I get the opportunity to visit udupi, I will definitely choose Eesha. The ambience was awesome. The room was clean. Facilities are good. Amble car parking. A nice garden. It's worth the money we spend .

The place is like a resort near the highway, I had stayed with the family and it was really nice. I was worried about the parking but there was ample space, also Its a large property so kids could pay easily without any worry.

There were no hotel in the property, but the manager arranged coffee and guided us to the restaurants near by.

The place was really nice and the room provided to us was clean and had all the facilities. The staff were also nice and cooperative. I highly recommend this place to others.

Loved the overall experience, amazing facility and the hosts. Their site manager, Vishnu uncle was very sweet to talk to and he guided us to more places for our trip, a very helpful and kind host.Just opening the door gets you out in the hazelnut trees which is very pleasant. Amazing facility, (good wifi too), great memories here...

Nothing much I can think of. They can improve a bit on the front of the food itinerary, keeping breakfast would make it a surreal experience.

Bathroom buckets should be kept cleaned. Quality of water is bad, no hot water and the wall mixer is defective. I paid approx 2500 rs / day for something which was not worth even 1K.Also this is not a dedicated residency or lodging. These rooms are for the functions (hall) which happens to be in the same compound.No eatery close by you need to take a walk of 10-15min to find something.

Not too far from temple. Good caring staff / owner. Nice property beyond what it seemed like on booking.com. they also arrange for breakfast if informed in advance.

This place is very nice and very well maintained.....it is actually even better than the photos....we were lucky to have this booked and with many plantation arnd.....this looks very homely!!!The rooms r very well done and minimalist which gives a very homely feel....and it's located right on the NH66 highway and all the beaches r well within reasonable distance!!!

They don't serve lunch or dinner!!!

Good overall, but expensive for the facilities provided

Property was overall good. But, not worth the money we paid for. Also, faced issues with AC remote and fan regulator was also not working.

They cancelled the booking at the last moment.
